What is a sex link ?

So what does sex link mean. I have black sex links & buff sex links.

It means that at hatch males and females are a different color, so as soon as they hatch you can tell whether they will be hens or roosters. Certain color roosters with certain colored hens make for sex linked chicks

You can google what all the color combos are, but sexlinks are usually mutt chickens. So web you breed 2 sexlinks you won't get more of the parent bird...you will wt the second generation of that breeding...
