What is a Spotted Suffolk Banham chicken?

I was looking through craigslist this morning and someone has a pair of "Spotted Suffolk Banham" chickens. I have never heard of them, nor can I find any information about them or the breed.

Can anyone tell me what they are?

This is the picture they have of the chickens.




They have the pair listed for $10 and say the chickens are two years old. I would maybe interested in them, if I knew what they are.

Probaby a garbling/misremembering of Speckled Sussex Bantam. That is what they look like.

There is a hybrid chicken called Suffolk Speckledy [Cuckoo Marans roo/RIR hen] but the birds pictured don't look like those, those are barred.
