What is best for medium to large eggs? (This should be good)

For medium sized eggs, our wyandottes lay very well. Both lay almost dailly. A very clean, well-formed, light brown egg. They laid throughout the winter.
Our BSL aslo lay very well. One lays a medium to large brown egg, and the other larger BSL lays an xlarge chocolate egg. The also laid nearly everyday thru the winter.
No negative effects from the hot summers here in TN.

I'm in central Kansas and our temps get 100+ with lots of humidity. As long as they have shade and fresh water mine do ok. When it's really hot I wet an area down for them to scratch around and lay in.

Easter Eggers lay medium-large eggs, their eggs add a lot of color to the egg basket as well. Marans lay large-jumbo eggs, their eggs are a beautiful dark choclate color.
