What is best this or First Saturday lime?!?! All input welcome!!

I wouldn't use either. As long you have a dry, well ventilated coop, it won't smell.

I use sweet PDZ on the poop boards in my coop. It's granular zeolite. It dries out the poop and neutralizes ammonia. My coop is also well ventilated.

Unless someone has just dropped a cecal poop, my coop doesn't smell.

I would only use pdz if I have more than 20 chickens in a coop. If even if it's well ventilated the ammonia would be overwhelming for chickens that have to sleep through that.

Lime is good to use in a run, it helps to keep the surface soul from acidifying and turns it more alkaline. Most ground dwelling bug don't like alkaline soil. The high ph can dry and erode there exoskeleton.

It might depend how you are using it for what reason.
But if you use PDZ it's much more economic to buy the 25# bag in the horse section.
