What is better to do?
1. Add water every 3 days
or
2. Have humidity at 45% till day 13 then go to 0 % till day 18

also i have duck eggs in too

You mean you got chicken eggs and duck eggs in at the same time?

I think the second sounds fine for chicken eggs....but the duck eggs need more humidity during incubation.
