What is better to use for windows-acrylic or glass?

Here's the window plans I'm using http://www.buildeazy.com/newplans/playhouse_6x6_window_sash.html Hopefully I did the link right. I'm also using their chicken coop plans but I'm making it 8 x 6 instead of 6 x 6 so it has a storage area. So far we've made the nest box and framed the floor and one wall. I'm not very good at using a hammer so my hubby did most of the nailing of the framing and I did the cutting and put together the nest box with screws and a drill. We just bought a used framing nailer now we just need an air compressor. That'll make it easier and faster to put it together.

Glass remains scratch free, it is easier to clean and the poop is tough to get off acrylic, glass is stronger, does not turn yellow... I have all glass and some big windows one is 4x5' that could never be made of acrylic.

USE GLASS .. no contest....

I made my windows from 1/4" acrylic, because I could get pieces that were close to the final size I needed, and I could cut them easily on my bandsaw, and leave a nice clean edge.

I also used silicon sealant on both sides of the acrylic when I mounted it in the frames, and in my view that makes the acrylic structural, and helps hold the whole window together. It's really strong and I doubt it will ever break under normal use. If it does, it won't shatter and is easily replaced.
