Hubby is BBQing some steak tonight. I am sitting here prepping FRESH green beans. Going to use some of the sweet potatoes, baked sweet potatoes! Making home made biscuits

What is everyone else's plan for Sunday's Dinner?

Baby back ribs on the grill, sweet potatoes and a fresh spinach salad.

Got the ribs on sale a while back, so I froze them. Love the fresh green beans, it's the end of the season here. You must be like me- I love sweet potatoes. But I like salt and pepper, DH likes nutmeg.

I do dinner every Sunday. I make it easy.

Pot roast with potatoes and carrots.

Texas rolls.

Steamed Broccoli & Cauliflower with three cheeses.

Green peas.

We usually only have leftover potatoes.

Whatever we can find in the fridge. Maybe my dad and I'll make pop corn.

I get my fresh veggies through WIC. Yeah, we can get canned or frozen but I prefer fresh and the veggies at IGA here are all local grown (LUCKY ME!)
I baught two 4 packs of sweet potatoes for thanksgiving then hubby turned aorund and baught 2 cans of them as well. That's too much so I gotta do something with one or the other.
Im doing 2 things with the green beans, One is keeping them long for hubby and me and add a lil bit of bacon to it, then have another batch being made that are smaller for the kids, no bacon.

Sliced extra-sharp Cheddar cheese for an appetizer (DH and I love cheese!)...

Slow-cooked pork roast...

Chicken-flavored rice...

Loaded mashed potatoes...

Salad...
