What is getting my birds?

Ok 2 weeks ago I found only 2 feet and 2 wings, nothing else in the field. So I locked up my girls for a few days even during the day. Then started letting them free range again (they are inside a fenced area with our goats). And today I find another gone. This time they left rib cage, feet. Both times heads were gone.

We live in SW Kentucky were the are coyote, possible eagles, racoon, skunk, possum. Just not sure what to look for?

I'd predict coyotes if they left only feet and wings behind. I suppose a troop of raccoons would be capable of what you described as well.

Coons will usually eat the Brest and leave the rest

i had weasels do that to a bunch of quail. we had 12 quail one day and 24 feet the next. set a trap near the coop and youll find out soon enough

A possum was doing the exact same thing to my young muscovies, they would eat the head, most of the body leaving the feet behind

How many feathers were laying around, and how badly were they scattered?

Pretty much leaving the bones, feet, and wings. First was in 2 different spots. 2nd time was all in one spot. Lots of feathers all over the last one, not many the first
