I’m sorry, this seems to be outside my experience. If it’s a virus, antibiotics won’t stop the virus. There’s a lot can be done with vitamins and probiotics, but this little guy might have a bacterial infection, and need an antibiotic as well. Let’s ask if @Eggcessive or @casportpony can tell from your pictures. I’m sorry your chick isn’t feeling well.
