What is going on here?

Most of my flock is molting right now on their back sides and an occasional wing geather, but I have one girl who has lost a lot of feathers on her head. I do not see any mites or lice and I have never seen this hen henpecked or bothered by the other chickens. What could this be? She has been like this for a few weeks now.

Hm, I never thought of the rooster. Our main big boy isn't the problem I don't think, but I just re-homed 3 of the babies that grew up and we found out they were roo's. Maybe it will grow back now that they are gone.
