Could you give some details of what is going on, and what part of her is the first picture? In her face, it looks like she is having drainage from the eye that is forming a crust. Or is her skin peeling? Tell us as much as you can, including age, how long this has been going on, and how she is acting.

The first picture is under his wing. It’s yellow and flaking and smells. He is 5 months old. I don’t know how long I just noticed this week. It appears to be skin flaking/ peeling.

There might be skin infection going on, but it would be hard to diagnose without a vet. Mareks disease has a skin form which can cause skin lesions. Something in the environment or bedding might be causing a reaction. I would probably consider giving her a warm bath in mild soap, and then drying with a towel and blowdryer. There have been a few threads recently with yellow flaking skin on bodies of chickens, and I have not seen any answers about those. The skin form of Mareks was suggested as a possibility there as well.
