What is going on with this hen?

I have a sexlink girl, only 2. She had started to lay eggs with a flat side! Then, she hasn’t laid in over a month. Sometimes she acts down, and I give her a bath or in a day or two she seems fine. Today, she laid the strangest egg I have ever seen and can’t even find in online.
It was brown, in the shape and size of an almond, but was rubbery and like a membrane. It had a tiny egg white, with yolk in tact.
I did record a video:

It sounds like she might be lacking calcium. Do you supply the hens with oyster shell? I'd give that a try.

Otherwise, what feed are they getting?

Eggs can sometimes subtly change color as a hen ages or after molting, but this usually occurs over time, not suddenly, although you said she hadn't laid in about a month.

I wouldn't put it in their feed. Hens know when they need more or not. It should be in a separate dish or feeder. If they need more, they'll eat it. If it sits there, they're fine. Making them eat more of it could cause issues with their kidneys or elsewhere.

I do offer calcium in oyster shell and do give a bit of their egg shells back to them.
I feed premium feed (Kalmbach Farms). I also give them Hen Boost in their water once in a while, to give extra vitamins and nutrients. I don’t feed them much table scraps, but they do free range most of the time.

So rather than offer a feed that contains calcium, you might consider providing something like a grower feed or an all-flock formula that all your birds can safely eat, whether layers or not. Since you are offering oyster shell on the side, you do not need to provide calcium in the feed. And as a bonus, the feeds I mentioned are significantly higher in protein than the layer formula (about 20% vs 16%).
