I have one hen that walks in coop the last few days and starts yelling at what ever hen is in a box laying. I put a wireless cam in coop to see what happened in there. Today she did same then went into anouther box and sat until other one was done laying, that one left and this one went right over to that box and layed one next to the other. She sat ther for about half hour and I went out because I don't want any eggeating. I seen her eat a soft shell, and that is why I went out and got the eggs and brought them in. She is still sitiing there half hour later. She will not let any other ones in there to lay. I have 11 hens and 5 nest boxes. Been getting 3 or 4 eggs a day for about a week and a half now. They are about 4 and a half months old. What is going on??? I should have been getting 8 to 10 a day I thought.

Could be she is going broody (Sometimes happens by degrees).
If this hen is only 4.5 months old, then it is a bit early for being broody, but I have had a couple go broody as soon as they have started to lay.
Otherwise, somebody else may have an idea!
Lots of hens (who are not eaters of normal eggs) will eat soft or broken eggs and I would not worry too much about it as long as they are not pecking solid eggs.
