I’m sorry that happened. Like I said, check for moldy food, or any sort of disease or something off. I hope nothing else happnes!

We'll be glad to help you the best we can. There's so many things that can happen, it's hard to nail down what's going on sometimes.

Do some basic things like check to make sure crops are emptying overnight, look for lice/mites, see that your feed is fresh and hasn't gotten wet and/or moldy (feed can mold quickly with temperature changes), keep water stations clean and fresh water out for them. Provide grit and oyster shell free choice and limit treats.
