What is happening???

It just happened do fast. I'm sitting out here watching them free-range and she just came up close to me and squatted, I looked over and saw yolk then her and 2 others ate it up. It freaked me out

23 weeks, she's been laying daily for about 3 weeks now. Could it be the heat and humidity?
If it's been really hot and they are not eating enough.

What all and how exactly are you feeding?

They have tasted fresh eggs now, it's going to be real hard for you to stop them from eating fresh eggs now.
Eh, maybe...at least the soft shelled ones.....fair game, IMO.
But good to be vigilant, use lots of fake eggs and get those sofites picked up before they eat them if at all possible.
