My young red male is getting YELLOW feathers on his head! Why is he? Can I still breed him, and sell the chicks?

ETA: He has one yellow feather on each side of his head.

Hey little buddy, they go through a LOT of changes before they finally reach their adult plumage. I love to watch the changes take place in them, feather by feather etc... Once they are around two years of age they will look like all of the other beautiful RG you have seen others post on here

red golden pheasants have a yellow crest on their head when they reach maturity. so this is probably why he is growing yellow feathers.
