What is he doing?

Sometimes while in the coop my 3 and 1/2 month old rooster will get down onto the floor, go to and put his face into a corner, lower his body chest first to the floor and start cackling and ranting at the corner. He is not sick. It is behavioral. Does anyone know what he is doing?

He is showing the pullets where to lay,it’s a courting behavior,sounds like you have a great boy on your hands,escpecially to be so young.

My roo does that is some of the weirdest places. Lol sometimes my hens look at him like "what the heck is wrong with ya?"

Roosters are lovely but the suckers are so instinctive and (I think) psychotic! I have three and their hormones have started to rage at 20 weeks. The girls are running for their lives!
