This is Walter and his girls under the peach trees...he was sold to me with five pullets as hatchlings as Welsummers...the girls turned out to be Brown Leghorns...not sure what he is...any thoughts?

Thanks you guys...he is a very good roo...good to the babes and ever watchful for hawks...he is neither afraid of me or aggressive toward me...just a very good boy...wish the girls had been Welsummers as well but those big white eggs I am getting from the Leghorns are pretty good...those Leghorn hens are tough cookies...Mattie is the one whom the dogs got a hold of and almost killed...we saved her but one wing is gone...I had to amputate as my vet would not touch her...tough little girl and she lays the biggest white egg ever...she is so little I pity her behind after egg laying...thanks again...
