I thought he was a cochin until i got a cochin so what else could he be? I hatched him from a pure swap egg.

Doesn't have the right colored legs for a white Langshan...

From Storey Poultry breeds...White Langshans, beak is to be slaty blue shading to pinkish white: shanks and toes are bluish slate with pinkish tinge between scales and pinkish white bottoms of feet...

Those look very yellow....

Is he a bantam? If so, he might be a White Booted Bantam. I have a hen, that looks just like that.

My TSC cochin looked like that at 3 mo.s but he was already lg. Maybe he just isn't finished filling out too.
