How long are the spurs, in the last picture I cant tell if I cant see them or if they are just small, if they are small then I would say 18 months give or take.

I'd say over a year but less than 2. An old rule of thumb is the beard grows about an inch a year, except for White Hollands. Theirs grows about double that.
