What is Hunny? gender and breed

h all, this is hunny- she is 3 weeks old, tiny but really fast- came from atwoods in the banty bin

Depends on how large it is. It could be an Old English Bantam. But those are bantams, so it would have to be very small. It could be various other breeds too as that color pattern as a chick usually indicates it going to be a red and black type of bird. Could be a brown leghorn, could be lots of things. Its hard to tell when you have that kind of color pattern in a chick cause of the variety that it could be.
 
My Welsummers had more coloring on the wing. Here's a photo:

If it is a Welsummer you can tell the gender by the "V" on the head, the more distinct V is on the pullets. I read that after I bought my birds and it turned out to be true. The photo above is a female.

Edited: Yours looks a little "beakish" to me to be a Welsummer. It seems like mine have smaller beaks than the other breeds I have, but I'm no expert.
