Chickens are a lot harder to do "right" than they appear to be at first glance. Sort of like "Objects in mirror are close than they appear" warning on the rear view mirror on a car. There are a lot of emotional highs and lows in the learning curve, and more along the way and this place is not only a MOTHER LODE of information on how to avoid pitfalls, improve management, maximize output and profit, and thousands upon thousands of people here to comisserate with, and share, grow, who will applaud our small triumphs and big accomplishments, buy our eggs, answer our questions, and share what they know.
