What is "it'? ****PHOTOS****

I have no idea if this is a pullet or cockerel. We were told "it" was a pullet. I am not sure thought. Can you help me? Also it is some cross. Any idea what that might be?

It may have a Sultan in it BUT Sultans are white. He/She could be a silkie, more like a silkie I think.

To know if it is a rooster see if its saddle feathers are pointy and tail feathers. It does not seem to have a big comb. It all depends on the age.
