What is it?

Not sure what type of chick this is...it's the one in the middle-yellowish with a few black dots, and a little bit of dark on the feathers. I got it out of a bin of "mixed pullets." The brown one on the right is a Welsummer. Any ideas?

Kind of looks like a Delaware to me. I could be wrong.
