What is it?

I posted this chick 2 weeks ago. Then it was solid black with a yellow rump and yellow wing tips. Now it is mostly black, but there is a little red or rust color starting on it's back. It also has one yellow toe on each foot, the middle toe, while the rest of the foot and toes are black. It's not growing as fast as the rest of the chicks I got, which are different types. It's very runty, but exceptionally LOUD. It screams out chirps like it thinks it's dying every time anyone picks it up. It's loud and high pitched and horrible. LOL. No one can stand how loud it is so it always gets put back quicker. Any idea on breed or gender? Thank you.

Sounds EXACTLY and looks quite a bit like my black sex link, if it was then it would be a girl. I'm new to this though so i could be wrong

Looks just like one of my mystery chicks. Do BSL still lay brown eggs? I really don't care what breed is, just hoping for brown laying hens!
