What is left by an eggeating chicken?

Tilda, what's UHT milk?

Today went well, no broken eggs, but we'll see how tomorrow goes as I will not be around to check or get them out early.

Its longlife milk the type in the carton. Well it is in Suffolk in the uk. I would have thought u could get it from a supermarket? The calcium in it is very high and I'm not sure if that is what it is but anything is worth a try!!! They have full fat btw. Hope it works xxx

Thanks Tilda, I'm not sure we can get that in the States but nice to know what it is.

So far, so good, no more half-eaten eggs.

Sounds like an accident. Some hens like to lay in the same nest as others ans the moving around will sometimes cause an egg to get broken.

chickens do enjoy the shell, and if it had been on purpose both eggs would most likely have been broken.

Yeah, I'm tending to think accident. Considering how hard guinea eggs are compared to chicken eggs, I can just see the guinea hen stepping on it, squishing it and then thinking..."What the heck? Eww, I'd better clean this up!"
