What is Lucy? and why is she not laying???

Each pullet will lay at their own time. All of my chickens had the same hatch date, 3 EE, 2 speckled sussex, 1 silver laced wyandotte, and 1 exchequer leghorn. The first to start laying was one of my EE, and the last to start laying was another one of my EE. I got my first egg 1/4/2011, the last to start laying didn't lay her first until 2/17. Same breed, same hatch date, but a month and a half between start of lay. Some breeds can take 8-10 months, and occasionally longer to start laying.

She is actually the oldest one we have. Her and her hatch mate were hatched in March. The sibling (they look a lot alike but Star is plumper and not all black) has been laying eggs and then went broody and hatched out 6 chicks that are almost 2 weeks old. We have 4 others that are younger by 3-5 weeks that have all started laying (BR, RIR and BO). I am not too worried about it yet, figure she will lay when she is ready. Just curious when do I start to worry

Actually Cochins and Sumatras aren't among the best laying breeds. According to the chart on MyPetChicken (here - http://www.mypetchicken.com/chicken-breeds/breed-list.aspx) Cochins average about 2/week and Sumatras average about 1/week.
