What is Mister T?

Mr. T is a sweet feather leg with gorgeous color - he was an adoption that I gave to my MIL after her old roo passed... put him together today with our wyandottes and just wondering what the babies would be crossed with?

Thank you! He is - all those long straight fringe feathers and just a touch of cheetah print. We love him and were sad to give him away but he is in a good home that we can visit often . Just wondering where all that pretty came from!
