I have a cochin roo, and at about that age, had similar size comb, etc. Its definitely a "he", but honestly, unless they are illegal to have where you are, you might just hang on to him and see if you like him? Mine is almost 4 months old, easy going, hasn't crowed once. Doesn't bother the ladies... He's nice, and will hang out on my lap?? Not all roos are a bad thing.
