With the feathered feet, I would have to say it is a bantie and it could be a cochin, just a different color.

Judging by what Cackle carries, I would say it is a splash cochin bantam. 50% of me wants to say it is a roo, the other 50% says it is a pullet. Guess 1/2 of me will be right!?! har-dee-har-har
