Somebody has some brown runny pooh. My suspension is its my Brabanter (3 mo old chick, not related to any of them came later) as I have had 2 now that have done poorly. All had been vaccinated by the breeder. The Rooster was injured some how and my hen just passed of unknown illness (suspected Mareks) these 2 where possibly related. I have also 2 Self Blue Cochin seam to be doing fine just started laying. All 3 run and sleep in the same coop and I feed Grow / Finisher from Tractor Supply and grit along with Rooster Booster in the water (just started that about a 5 days ago). I noticed this same kind of pooh before my Rooster and hen took ill. Once they where gone the pooh disappeared. Photos in next reply..couldn't seem to post them here.

Photos of coop and nesting boxes...which they refused to lay in. 1 box in coop and 1 metal bucket they look at but don't lay in. PS) They don't lay in the nesting boxes or roost on either of the roosts they pile up on the ground.

The brown liquidy just looks like a normal cecal poop. Mine have those all day. I don’t see any worms or blood so to me It looks normal. (I’m not experienced but have looked it up before). Mareks you would likely see signs like paralysis, enlarged Feather follicles And or the eyes will be off.

I just lost a hen to suspected Mareks, defiantly had paralysis. Posted photos of her on another thread. She got better for awhile with added vitamins but then passed in her sleep just the other day. Just checking as I never seen pooh like this before. Thank you for your time.
