We have been raising these little chickens for a bit, about a month and these round circular indents are appearing on them. Some redder than others. And I didn’t know if it was a concern or something, Was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what it is and how I could cure it

Forgot to add, the bulbs are mostly found around the face/beck. And thought to post here incase it can mess with its brain or something. We can’t get to a vet right now since COVID so this is my best options. Tell me what your thinking plz I’d love to hear

Fowl pox, most likely.

How does the inside of their mouth look?

Could be Fowlpox, could be something like Papillomas. In either case, I would start applying an antibacterial ointment/ or iodine to the lesions a few times a day as needed to prevent them from getting infected, or since they're close to the mouth, from getting lesions inside there as well. Most of the time these bumps are viral related, and there is nothing you can do besides provide supportive care. The problem should resolve itself over time, just keep applying an ointment, and ensure the birds are eating drinking well. Cleaning, and disinfecting their waterers and feeders would not be a bad idea.

Thanks for the information
Sorry last questions
I was just wondering if you have any ideal or go to ointments that you would recommend?
