What is on this poop??

Hi yall - I found 2 strange poops and I’m wondering if they are parasites? And if so, which parasite and how to treat. Potentially a worm in one and eggs on the other??

Info - 6 hens, 8 months old. Coop was cleaned yesterday and found these this morning. No other symptoms I’ve noticed. Thanks in advance!

In the first picture, it looks a bit like some feather shafts and dander, but there could be some possible worm eggs, but hard to know for sure. Tapeworm segments could be possible, but I don’t see any clearly. The second pic of the pink things look like some insect larvae. I might have to look up some pictures.
