What is she doing?

While I was filling up one of the pools the other day, the ducks are doing their usual and waiting for me to finish. They have lots of holes in the ground around the pool where the dumped water runs over. I watched one of the ducks dig in the hole, and then pull her head out and tap her feet all around. Like she was dancing. She repeated this several times and I could not stop laughing.

What was she doing? Trying to scare out some bugs?

Our puddle stomp too and then once in awhile we can see one act like they have something
