What is she?

I'm going to say Easter Egger...looks identical to what mine looked like as a youngster plus blue legs;)
I was thinking that as a possibility as well, no cheek puffs yet but they are only 1 1/2 wks today so maybe they just havent begun to fill in yet? I have 2 brown ones that already have the puffs but i just noticed them yesterday.

Thanks, that makes sense that they would give away the males, I just hope it is one that can handle cold weather. I emailed them to ask if they screen their orders for location and choose the breeds depending on that and unfortunately, they don't. I didn't want a rooster at first but I kind of hope it is one now, after going through the shipping trauma (on my part, lol) I don't really want to put those little babies or myself through that again
The shipping is awful.

I've never had any trouble with birds in the winter. I once had four naked neck silkie roosters that all did fine in the winter. With the proper equipment, your flock should all be fine.

I will try to get some more tonight. It had a lot of blue and grey on its back that is now fading out to mostly light grey.
I looked at McMurray website and they don't have Spitzhaubens. I'm thinking the suggestion of silver spangled Hamburg might be right. Hamburgs sound like an interesting breed. Can't wait to see more photos.

More pictures of mystery chick, "Hei Hei" ... It pecks more at the heater and bedding than the food, haha

Just an update, we are almost 6 weeks in and I believe you guys were correct, Silver Spangled Hamburg! Hei Hei's favorite past time is to sneak out of the brooder through the smallest possible opening in the lid to come out and say hello!
