She's so small, is that normal?Definitely an Easter Egger.
Ok! I have one other that lays green so hopefully I'll figure it out!Yeah she looks like an EE. Update us when she lays an egg!
She does look underdeveloped to me, but her health seems fine. @EmmaRainboe could this be FTT?She's so small, is that normal?
She may lay blue or brown, but green is also largely possible, so good luck!Ok! I have one other that lays green so hopefully I'll figure it out!
I wouldn’t have expected her to make it this far on her own if it were. But possibly? She does look underdeveloped to me, but her health seems fine. @EmmaRainboe could this be FTT?
What is FTT?I wouldn’t have expected her to make it this far on her own if it were. But possibly?
Failure to thriveWhat is FTT?
Most birds with FTT either need special nutrition and care when young or just die as time passes. She would be a special case - being large and healthy and grown-up for an FTT case, as small as she may be in comparison to her flockmates.Failure to thrive
Oh! Gotcha. She was pretty sad looking when I first got her. Just wanted her out of the small enclosure she was in. She struggled a bit but she's been eating and drinking fine now. Is there something I should give her just in case?Failure to thrive
