lets just say lots of years and months goes into breeding show quality animals. Me being 14 proves anyone can do it...

I always just Google "Show Quality" and then the breed of the chicken

For general 4h or FFA you don't have to have the most show quality animals.

My son is doing that as part of his class schedule next year. He will have plenty of rare breeds that most folks haven't heard of. It still surprises me that people confuse EE's with Americaunas.

I know. I can totally tell the difference either by color or body shape. Its good to know your breeds!
