I would wonder if she may have vent gleet, a fungal infection of the GI tract. The signs are diarrhea (kind of a constant dripping of liquid, red excoriated vent area with white or yellow patches of fungal infection.) Here is some info to read:

Thanks for the info but thankfully she has no other symptoms. I'll def. Keep an eye on her though.
