What is the age and gender of this silkie

Hi, earlier today I got a new silkie but wasn't told its age. It would be helpful to know. Could anyone tell how old it is? Or its gender?

What breed? He or she is gorgeous! Sorry, don't know a thing about silkies, but I just had to say how pretty he or she is!

I don't exactly know the age, but it looks full grown to me..... It looks kind of like a partridge, but I am not very experienced to know that for sure. It could very well be a mix. But the thing is, it looks very beat up. So that makes it hard to see the color pattern. As for the gender, I kind of need to see a close up of the comb. I will not know for sure, because silkies tend to be harder to sex, but I can give you my opinion. Is he/she laying or crowing?

Bantam or standard? Looks to be an adult bantam or a 7-8 week standard.

Could u take a picture of the top of the head (crest ) they look a month and half old. I'll know the gender when I see the top of its head pretty sure its a blue sizzle mix breed

He/she was sold as a pullet but I'm not sure. I've had he/she for less than a day but so far no crowing or eggs
