What is the best, most secure way to build a run?

I am not as worried about security, we have not had any trouble at all, except with a neighbors dog, and even then when they got one of our chickens, they were out free-ranging. I do want my babies protected and safe, but we really have not had any problems with predators trying to get them. At this point my main issue is appearance. It really just doesn't look that great. It looks like it is falling down and needs to be replaced, and it has only been up 1 week, lol. I talked to my hubby about adding more posts, and framing at the top and bottom to staple the wire/hardware cloth onto the framing to tighten it better. We are putting up a rock wall around the entire run that will be 12-15" tall filled with dirt and bushes, so that should take care of the bottom part.

We'll be using welded wire for the whole run, plus hardware cloth along the bottom half.
