What is the breed and gender any thoughts??

Hi everybody, got a batch of chicks at the end of august, never had a breed like this and was wondering what you all thought it was. Also I would like to see if you think it is a pullet or roo, thanks!!

Looks like a dark cornish, but it could be a cross.

It looks like a Dark Cornish, and its tail feathers makes me think cockerel. But it has such a tiny comb!
