What is the definition of this on a chicken?

the saddle is there backs. i dont know what the other thingy is

Well some one told me to take a pic of thier saddle. could you please visit the thread and take a look at my chickens and tell me if their hens or roos
 
Hackles are the neck feathers. They're pointed on a roo, but rounded on a hen.
Saddles are the feathers nearest to the tail. They're pointedon a roo and sometimes hang down like a saddle would on a horse.

The feathers around the bandanna are her hackles. You can see that some of her hackles look really pointed.
The feathers hanging down around her tail are her saddle feathers.
