What is the difference??????

I would like to know what is the difference between crumbles and pellets????

I believe the crumbles are for starting chicks once they are bigger you can switch them over to pellets. I usually just finish the bag then switch.

Actually you can purchase crumbles in the layer feed too. The only difference between layer crumbles and layer pellets is the shape. I feed layer pellets in my adult coop and layer crumbles in my juvenile coop. I prefer the pellets as there is less waste.
