what is the earliest day you can hear peeping through an egg?

I've got one egg under a broody at day 19, I don't hear anything yet.

I have eggs under a broody on day 21 1/2 now. Nothing so far for me either.

I could hear mine peeping a full day before hatching. But i dont think you should judge how well its doing by that. I think some are busy working to get out and dont peep as much
