What is the earliest your hens have laid?

I am curious what the earliest people have noticed their hens laying.

Please include the age and breed you are sharing. I'll start it off.

I had 6 Golden Comets that were all laying by week 21, with the earliest one at 15 weeks old.

If I'm thinking correctly my golden comets started laying at four months.
