What is the general time period that an Australorps will start to lay? When will Buff Orpingtons start to lay?

My two black australorps started at different times. Mine started in January at 23 weeks and the other was amost 25 weeks old. If it were summer time then I bet they would have started earlier. Mine are champs at laying also if you wanted to know.

My Aussies started laying right about 5 months.

Mine started right about 21 weeks in November and have been laying real well all winter. Love them.
