No, all breeds can live longer as long they get the good care. No specific breed outlives another breed in a large numbers.

I've got a SSH Bantam who is five years old now.

I have a cochin bantam who is nine and a silkie/jap mix about that same age, maybe a little younger. With good care, most all chickens can live well into their teens. Meat birds would be the exception!
