What is the problem with my eggs???????

I buy shipped eggs. This is not going well at all! #1- Air cell looks funny it dips way down on sides #2- What is the best way to incubate shipped eggs?

Help me out with this I can't lose another baby!

Question? My friend ask me. Why his eggs are not hatching.
So I went over looked at his set up
Everything is set right.
But he still can't get these eggs to hatch.
He put 3 hen in a pen with one rooster
Try to hatch there eggs then are about two years old
Not one egg hatched
So he got a new rooster one just over a year
Started again put evey egg in incubator
Not one egg has hatched
This has been over a 4 month period
Went you crack the egg open it looks good
But none of there eggs with hatch.
He ask me if there anything that make a hen Sterile
I don't know.
So I am here asking for him hes over 80
So internet is not something he does.
Can you give me any answers or things I can go back and tell him.

Are the eggs not developing? I'm guessing so from what you said and asked above.. How long did he leave the eggs in the incubator, what temperature did he incubate them at, humidity etc?

He lelf them in there 22 days this last time went he call me. I crack evrr egg open to ser no incubation at all. His s incubater cabnet 1550.
I know this last Ameruacana rooster is fertile.c ause csme from my own stock
Everthing i. It set tight other eggs hatched. Just onething fron these4 hens in the pen.

That is really odd… Infertility in hens do happen, but it's fairly rare. Can you check his incubator settings, ask him how fresh the eggs were when he set them, etc?

That is warm enough to get the eggs cooking. The problem must be with the flock then. Have a look here:
