Looks like a female from the view of the saddle feathers, which appear rounded.
Looks like a blue EE.

Another question, what color are her legs? Are they slate blue/gray or more green?

It does appear to be female so far. But only 8 weeks, could still develop boy features. Saddle feathers for boys will not have grown in by this age so that's an irrelevant clue. The dark legs you are describing are probably known as slate.

Your white one in front appears to be male if the same age.

May I ask where you got her? True Ameraucanas are hard to come by.

Not that hard if you're willing to pay close to $20. They are sold at a few hatcheries now, and specifically the blue variety.
