Thank you, do you know I just won this competition?

This is my dutch blue pullet. She about 8 months old, and stands neary nine inches tall. I have hand raised her from a day old, and she eats out of my hand, comes when I call her, knows her name, and is a sweet doll. However, she takes no crap off the others! She is feisty, but sooo sweet to me.

Seramas get real small. Mine are nice and mellow. We love our Seramas!!

The smallest breed of chicken ever is a class A Serama. Itty bitty birds. They weigh under 250 grams (or 350, can't remember). Dutch, Sebrights, and Modern Games are all pretty small too and are easier to obtain. I have a Modern pullet that would give a Serama a run for its money.

Hi -
I haven't worked out how to include the box with your message in it in my reply so here's replying to lots of you....

Thanks for all the information and thanks for the photos - I do love seeing pictures of the bantams, the one on the shoulder looks like a real character. And that Goldie...so beautiful! And the Dutch blue - a very elegant looking bird.

nzpouter - I had a look for your competiton entry but the video or photo had been deleted so I couldn't see what Noodle looks like - maybe you can post another photo?

cheers
Jenny
